feminine leadership - does it exist?

"March is Women's Month, and this year it feels more somber than ever.

Since October 7th, I’ve been asking questions about women’s leadership in this world and how we can allow it to thrive in such a gender-divided reality.

So, in honor of Women's Month, I had the privilege of hosting Michal Ziso, a brilliant space architect and international role model, who helped me answer some of these big questions. Will we ever see a world of gender equality within our lifetimes?

Right now, it seems so far away. But Michal challenges the concept of "women's leadership" and offers an optimistic perspective, explaining exactly why as women, we’re on the cusp of an exponential shift in our status. And as they say - Amen, Sister!
