theZISO Future Fellows  | Spring / Summer 2026

theZISO is a creative disruption platform exploring the intersection of architecture, space systems, innovation and futures thinking.

​

The Future Fellows program is designed for curious early-career professionals who want exposure to emerging frontiers in design and innovation.

This is a part-time, unpaid fellowship designed as a learning and mentorship opportunity for early-career professionals interested IN design, SPACE, AND EMERGING INDUSTRIES.

​

Fellows will work directly with Michal Ziso, Founder of theZISO, gaining exposure to live initiatives spanning space architecture & design, futures research, creative strategy, and global thought leadership.

​

Throughout the fellowship you will RECEIVE:

​

• direct 1-on-1 mentorship and working sessions with Earth & Space Architect Michal Ziso
• exposure to global network, innovation projects and emerging industries
• experience working at the intersection of architecture, space and futures
• portfolio-worthy projects
• a recommendation letter upon successful completion

​

Fellowship Structure:

​

Duration: 3–6 months
Commitment: 12-15 hours per week
Location: Remote 
Start: April / May 2026

We are looking for two extraordinary humans

Creative Content & Brand Fellow

What you'll do:

  • help shape visual storytelling across theZISO platforms

  • support / lead content creation and design language development

  • Create and adapt content for IG, LinkedIn and YouTube

  • Translate ideas, talks and research into clear visual content

  • Support development of theZISO visual language 

  • Help manage the content calendar + publishing workflow

What we require:

  • A creative and curious mind with strong visual sensibility

  • Background in graphic design, visual communication, branding or media

  • Strong understanding of social media storytelling (inc. IG, LinkedIn & YouTube)

  • Ability to translate ideas into clear visual formats

  • familiarity with tools such as Adobe, Canva

  • Comfort using AI creative tools

  • Strong initiative, problem-solving skills and independent work ethic

Strategy & FUTURES Fellow

What you'll do:

  • Research the evolving landscape of space architecture, human spaceflight, and emerging design & innovation markets

  • Map key organizations, projects, and opportunities across the global ecosystem

  • Identify collaboration opportunities, speaking platforms, and strategic partnerships

  • Support strategic exploration across theZISO initiatives and projects

  • Help grow and maintain theZISO network 

​

What we require:

  • A creative & curious mind with strong interest in futures, technology, space

  • Background in strategy, business, futures studies, or related fields

  • Strong research and analytical thinking skills

  • Ability to connect dots across industries + identify emerging opportunities

  • Comfort working independently and proactively

  • Interest in space, emerging technologies, and future industries

  • Research, data analysis, or foresight experience is a plus

  • Strong problem-solving skills and openness to feedback and collaboration
