On Dec. 4th 2018, Michal Ziso gave a TEDx talk titled: Equality Lessons From Mars. 

 

Our built environment affects how we think and feel, and yet we go through life never questioning if it could be better. We accept our surroundings as a given even when it may have been created in times of a complete different social structure. An international architecture competition set to design a settlement on Mars, brought Michal to the understanding that by stepping out of our comfort zone and our everyday knowns, even reaching far foreign planets like Mars, we could truly challenge cultural habits and promote change in an innovative way.
